That being said, if you want to use PlayStation Remote Play you will need a Backbone One - PlayStation Edition for Android and a PlayStation console.
Similarly, if you want to use Xbox Remote Play you will need an Xbox console. But you can use Xbox Cloud Gaming without an Xbox console as long as you have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
