How to redeem your Black Desert Mobile offer

Before getting started, you'll need a Black Desert account. If you don't have one already, you can sign up online or in the Black Desert mobile app.

This offer is only available from August 3rd to October 3rd.

The offer includes the Black Desert Combat Plus (3 day) perk, which contains the following items:

• Inventory +809 LT (3 days)
• Dark Energy EXP +10% (3 Days)
• Holy Vial Cost when defeating enemies in Hadum/Chaos Zones -20%
• Skip to the boss on completed difficulties of Boss Rush, Hadum Boss Rush, and Contellation
• Boss Rush and Hadum Boss Rush max multiplier +10
• Constellation max multiplier +10
• Revive on spot up to 10 times per day
• Access to higher-level group PvE content
  - Ex. Accept party invites from friends or guild members to Ancient Ruins of CP requirement (if content is unlocked)

Getting your offer code

You can either click the Learn More button in our offer email or select the offer icon in your Backbone app. A code will be emailed to you shortly after selecting one of these, check your spam if you have not received it.

NOTE: A Backbone+ subscription is required for iOS users to redeem this offer.

Once you've received your code, you can redeem it using the steps below for your device type.

On iPhone devices

1. Go online to the Black Desert Mobile "Redeem Coupon" page.
2. Fill out the form using your region, Family Name, and coupon code provided.
   1. Make sure to double-check the Family Name, as coupon rewards will immediately be bound to the Family, so if you've entered the wrong Family name, we won't be able to restore them.
3. Tap "Redeem Coupon"
4. Items from coupons will be sent via your in-game mail
   1. Any sent mail can expire, so we recommend that you collect them as soon as possible

On Android devices

1. Go to the Black Desert Mobile App
2. Tap the Menu found in the top right corner of the game screen.
3. Tap "Settings" in the bottom right corner of the menu.
4. Under the Account tab, tap "Register Coupon"
5. Enter the coupon code, and use it.
6. Items from coupons will be sent via your in-game mail
   1. Any sent mail can expire, so we recommend that you collect them as soon as possible
