  1. There seems to be a new product Backbone has released. What is it called?

  2. What are the differences between the 2nd generation and the 1st generation?
    • Both USB-C generations support iPhone 15 and USB-C (OTG) Android phones, enabling immersive game experiences.
      • There are a few key differences:
        • The 2nd generation controller supports a wider range of phones and compatible phone cases via swappable magnetic adapters and increased bridge extension
        • The 2nd generation controller D-pad and face buttons have been updated to ensure even more precise and responsive input
  3. How do I know if I have the 2nd generation or the 1st generation?
    • On the product packaging, look at the bottom of the box on the left side. You will see the words “(2nd generation)”.
    • Using your Backbone One, plug in your phone and open the Backbone App.
      • Tap on the hamburger icon on the top left, then tap on the gear icon ⚙️ for settings
      • Tap on “Controller” and then “Controller” again
      • The Model number is “BB-51-P-B” or “BB-51-P-W” for 2nd generation controllers
