If you have the Backbone App installed, Android devices require permission with the App for the Backbone One controller to work. The Android Backbone One App is still in beta, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To enable permissions, follow these steps:
1) Open your phone Settings, and find the "Apps" option.
2) Find the Backbone App (You may need to select "See all Apps" to find it.
3) Open the "Permissions" setting in the Backbone App settings.
Note that the Notifications permissions must activated (Allowed) for the Backbone One controller to work.
4) If you do not want to receive notifications regarding the Backbone App, your games, membership, etc., you may click the Notification option and select specific notifications to allow.
The "Backbone Controller Service" option must be turned on, but the rest of the options may be turned off for most Android phones.
