When will I receive my refund or replacement?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / replacement.

 

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT

If you are approved for a warranty replacement, then your replacement order will be processed and an order confirmation will automatically be sent to you.

 

REFUND REQUEST

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.

 

Depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-30 business days to show up on your account. If you do not see the refund after 30 business days and are still seeing the original charge on your account, we kindly suggest that you reach out to your bank for more information.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.
