If you are having trouble with any buttons on your Backbone, try these troubleshooting steps first:

1 - Please ensure your phone’s operating system is up-to-date.  If not, please update your operating system to the current version. 

2 - Please also double-check that your Backbone app is up-to-date. 

3 - Make sure your buttons are working OK in the Backbone app using the button test:

You can find it by navigating to Menu > Settings > Controller > Test Buttons 


4 - Carefully confirm your phone’s lightning port and Backbone One connector are clean and free of lint, dirt, or other obstructions.
