Backbone Connection Issue Troubleshooting

If your Backbone isn't connecting or is disconnecting during gameplay, try these troubleshooting steps first: 

1 - Please ensure your phone is up-to-date. If not, update your phone's operating system to the current version.

2 - Please also double check your Backbone app is up-to-date.

3 - iPhone Only: Double check your phone is being detected in your phone's system settings. 

4 - Carefully confirm that your phone's port and Backbone One connector are clean and free of lint, dirt, or other obstructions.
