If your Backbone is not working or disconnecting, try these troubleshooting steps first:
1 - Please ensure your iOS is up-to-date. If not, please update your iOS to the current version.
2 - Please also double check your Backbone app is up-to-date.
If your Backbone does not show up in your iPhone settings (like the video below) try step 3.
3 - Carefully confirm your phone’s lightning port and Backbone One connector are clean and free of lint, dirt or other obstructions by following the steps in the link below:
